EX DEMO KIBO (with quill stem)


This ex demo Kibo expedition bike has a 1” threaded steerer for a quill stem with 26” wheels

  • This is a 3 year old ex-display and demo Kibo expedition bike. The frame and forks are hand built by one of England’s top framebuilders, Lee Cooper.


    The lugged frame is built using the strongest gauge of the air hardened Reynolds 631 steel tubing on the main triangle. The forks are Reynolds 525. as are the stays. It has a threaded 1” steerer for a quill stem.


    This Kibo has a 22" frame (BB to top of seat tube) with a 578mm top tube. Head angle is 70° and seat tube 72°. Standover height is 837mm.


    The components include quality parts from Nitto, Shimano and Brooks. The frame comes with bosses for racks and mudgaurds and three bottle cages. The rack pictured is optional.


    The transmission consists of SunRace thumbshifters, Shimano Deore triple chainset and front derailleur, and an XT rear derailleur. The brakes are Genetic cantilevers.
